1. Introduction
AI Money Push Pte. Ltd. (“AI Money Push”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”). It applies to our website at https://aimoneypush.pro, to enquiries you send us, and to participants in our vocational training programmes and services.
By using our website, submitting our contact form, or enrolling in a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not submit personal data to us. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
2. Who we are
AI Money Push Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202985163M) with its registered address at 6A Shenton Way, #03-08 OUE Downtown Gallery, Singapore 068815. We are a vocational training studio that teaches AI-assisted finance operations. We are the organisation responsible for the personal data we collect through our website and services, and we act as the data controller in respect of that data.
3. Personal data we collect
We aim to collect only the personal data that is reasonable and necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Identity and contact details — such as your name, email address and phone number, which you provide when you use our contact form or enrol in a programme.
- Enquiry content — the subject you select and the message you write, including any information you voluntarily include about your money operations needs.
- Enrolment and billing details — such as your organisation, role, chosen programme and information needed to issue invoices, where you become a customer.
- Technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, collected automatically through server logs and, with consent, cookies.
- Correspondence — records of communications between you and us, including emails and notes from scoping calls.
We do not ask you to submit sensitive financial account credentials through this website, and we ask that you do not send confidential financial records by email unless we have agreed a secure method.
4. How we use your personal data
We use personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information, quotes or proposals you request;
- administer enrolment, deliver our vocational training programmes and provide related support;
- issue invoices, process payments and keep proper business records;
- send service communications, such as scheduling and materials for a programme you have joined;
- improve our website, content and services, including understanding aggregate usage;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
- protect our rights, prevent misuse or fraud, and maintain the security of our systems.
We will not use your personal data for a materially different purpose without notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.
5. Consent and basis for processing
Under the PDPA, we generally rely on your consent to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in this policy. When you submit our contact form, you provide express consent by ticking the consent checkbox, which is not pre-selected. In some cases we may rely on other legal bases permitted by the PDPA, such as legitimate interests or where collection is necessary to fulfil a contract with you. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in the “Your rights” section, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
6. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose personal data to trusted third parties only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards, including:
- Service providers who support our operations, such as email hosting, website hosting, payment processing and scheduling tools, acting on our instructions;
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where reasonably required;
- Authorities where we are required to disclose by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and
- Successors in the event of a business reorganisation, merger or transfer, subject to this policy.
7. AI tools and your data
Our training teaches the supervised use of general AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. We do not require you to submit your confidential financial data to any AI tool as a condition of training, and we actively teach practices for keeping sensitive figures out of third-party AI services unless you have chosen an appropriate, private configuration. Where we use AI tools ourselves for internal drafting, we avoid inputting identifiable personal data belonging to enquirers or participants.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiry records are typically retained for a limited period after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required. Customer and financial records may be retained for the period required by Singapore law. When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and staff awareness practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account details or credentials confidential.
10. Your rights
Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed, and to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. You may also withdraw consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. A reasonable fee may apply to certain access requests, as permitted by the PDPA.
11. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses necessary cookies to function and, with your consent, optional cookies for analytics and preferences. You can manage your choices through our cookie banner, and your preference is stored for six months. For full detail on the categories of cookies we use and how to control them, please see our Cookie Policy.
12. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, for example through contractual commitments. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in this way.
13. Children
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 without appropriate consent. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
