1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://aimoneypush.pro (the “Website”) and any vocational training programmes, clinics, reviews and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AI Money Push Pte. Ltd. (“AI Money Push”, “we”, “us” or “our”), UEN 202985163M. By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or the Services.
2. Definitions
“Content” means all text, graphics, templates, prompt libraries, checklists, course materials and other materials made available through the Website or Services. “Participant” means an individual enrolled in a programme. “You” means the person accessing the Website or the Services, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation.
3. Nature of our Services
AI Money Push provides vocational, educational training on AI-assisted finance operations, including budget management, cash flow, expense tracking, invoice tracking, reconciliation and reporting. Our Services are informational and skills-based. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or accounting advice, and we are not a licensed financial adviser, tax agent, law practice or public accounting entity. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
4. No guarantees of outcome
You acknowledge and agree that AI Money Push does not guarantee, promise or represent any particular result from the Services, including any savings, profit, income, cost reduction or investment return. Any examples, scenarios or illustrations we provide are for teaching purposes only, are often anonymised, and do not represent typical or expected results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances and decisions. Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a promise of financial gain.
5. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over and for organisations acting through authorised representatives. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. If you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
6. Enrolment, fees and payment
Programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices displayed on the Website are indicative ranges and may vary with cohort size, session count and optional add-ons; the applicable fee will be confirmed at enrolment or in a written proposal. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance. We reserve the right to change our fees for future enrolments. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase except for taxes based on our income.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your enrolment, please contact us as early as possible. Any refund or credit will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in your enrolment confirmation or proposal. We may cancel or reschedule a cohort where necessary — for example, due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances — in which case we will offer a suitable alternative date or a refund of fees paid for the affected sessions.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with other participants, or use the Services to develop a competing offering. When applying AI tools during training, you agree to comply with the terms of those tools and with applicable data-protection and confidentiality obligations, including keeping sensitive third-party data out of AI services where you lack authority to input it.
9. Intellectual property
All Content is owned by or licensed to AI Money Push and is protected by intellectual property laws. On enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may keep and reuse artefacts you create during training, such as your own prompt library and checklists. You must not resell, publicly distribute, or reproduce our Content for commercial training purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Third-party tools and links
Our Services reference third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude, and the Website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, terms or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms and privacy policy, and any fees for such tools are your responsibility.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Money Push and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Money Push from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes and how to contact us
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the Website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
