Programmes for cleaner money operations.

Six vocational AI finance sprints. Each installs one habit — budget management, cash flow, expense tracking, invoice tracking, reconciliation or reporting — using supervised AI tools you keep control of. Take one sprint, or run the full path to the Final Push Capstone.

How a sprint runs

Short cycles, real artefacts.

Every programme follows the same push loop — plan, track, report, review — so skills compound instead of competing. You practise with your own numbers where possible, or with realistic sample data. AI workflows are introduced deliberately: we show where large language models like ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude genuinely help with drafting and forecasting, and where a human must stay in charge.

Prices below are indicative SGD ranges for individual enrolment and vary with cohort size, session count and whether you add optional one-to-one clinics. Corporate and team rates are quoted separately. Nothing here promises a financial return; you are paying for structured training and materials.

P01Foundations

Sprint 1 — AI Money Push Foundations

Start your money push on solid ground. You set up accounts, a sensible chart of categories and a first working budget, then learn how to brief an AI assistant safely for everyday finance admin. We cover the fundamentals of prompt engineering, data privacy under PDPA, and where automation helps versus where it quietly creates risk. You leave with a documented baseline workflow and the confidence to keep it current without special software.

Sprint 2 — Budget & Cash-Flow Workflow with AI

Move from a static annual budget to a living cash flow view you update in minutes. You build a lightweight rolling forecast, learn to spot timing gaps before they bite, and use AI tools to draft scenario summaries you can sanity-check quickly. We practise the prompts that keep budget management honest and the review habits that stop an AI assistant from inventing numbers. The output is a repeatable cash-flow routine tied to your calendar.

P03Tracking

Sprint 3 — Expense Classification & Invoice Tracking with AI

Tame the messiest part of money operations. You design a fast capture habit for receipts and invoices, then set up expense tracking and invoice tracking with consistent categories. An AI workflow proposes classifications from short descriptions while you approve, correct and standardise the rules. We build a reference sheet so the same expense is always coded the same way, and cover how to keep an audit-friendly trail. Result: clean, current records instead of a year-end scramble.

P04Reporting

Sprint 4 — Reporting Hygiene & Forecast Support with AI

Turn your ledger into reports people actually read. You create dependable prompt templates that summarise the month honestly, flag variances and prepare simple forecast support. We focus on reporting hygiene: consistent structure, clear assumptions and a fixed review checklist so an AI assistant never ships a figure you have not checked. You practise explaining results plainly to a manager or client and leave with a monthly reporting pack you can reuse indefinitely.

Sprint 5 — Reconciliation Discipline & Month-End AI Assist

Make the month-end close calm and predictable. You build a reconciliation discipline that matches statements to records step by step, using AI to surface mismatches, duplicates and odd entries for your review. We turn the close into a documented checklist with clear ownership, so it survives a busy period or a handover. The emphasis is control: the AI assist speeds up the search, but every adjustment remains a decision you make and can explain.

Final Push Capstone — Personal AI Finance Operations Action Plan

Bring every sprint together into one plan you own. Over the capstone you assemble your workflows, prompt library and checklists into a personal AI finance operations action plan — a single document that describes how you plan, track, report and review each month. You present it for structured feedback, stress-test it against realistic disruptions, and leave with a defensible operating manual you can run yourself or teach to a colleague.

Inside the close

Where reconciliation gets calm.

Sprint 5 is where many learners feel the biggest shift. Instead of hunting through statements at the last minute, you follow a documented month-end close: the AI assist surfaces mismatches and duplicates, and you make each adjustment as a clear, recorded decision. The result is reconciliation you can hand over or repeat without stress.

Formats

Single sprint or full path.

Enrol in one sprint to fix a specific pain, or take the whole map for a complete money operations overhaul ending in the capstone. Cohorts are small and run on a fixed weekly cadence. Between sessions you apply the workflow to your own context and bring questions back to the group.

  • Individual, self-paced-with-cadence enrolment.
  • Team cohorts with a shared reconciliation and reporting standard.
  • Optional one-to-one clinics for month-end close support.
